Cómo citar y reutilizar

Los gráficos, sus textos y los datos publicados aquí están bajo la licencia CC BY-SA 4.0.

• Enlazar a cualquier página es libre y no necesita permiso.
• Reproducir o adaptar un gráfico o sus datos, por ejemplo una captura en un artículo o una presentación, exige citar al autor con un enlace a la página original, indicar si has hecho cambios y compartir tu versión bajo la misma licencia.

La licencia no restringe los hechos en sí, como los resultados electorales, que cualquiera puede usar. Cada proyecto indica sus fuentes. El código de las páginas no se publica con licencia abierta. Las fuentes tipográficas tienen su propia licencia OFL.

Privacidad

Este sitio no tiene cuentas, formularios, analítica, publicidad, cookies ni recursos de terceros. Las fuentes y los gráficos se sirven desde el propio dominio.

• En tu navegador se guardan, en almacenamiento local, tres preferencias que no salen de tu equipo y duran hasta que las borres: idioma, tema y tecnica (la forma de ver el gráfico). Son técnicas y no requieren consentimiento (art. 22.2 de la LSSI).
• Registros del servidor. El proveedor de alojamiento (Hostinger) anota cada petición: dirección IP, fecha, página y navegador. Sirven para que la web funcione y esté protegida frente a abusos. La base es el interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f del RGPD) y Hostinger actúa como encargado del tratamiento.
• Si escribes al correo, tu dirección y tu mensaje solo se usan para responderte y no se ceden a nadie.

Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a hello@cookingchart.org. Si crees que no se han respetado, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

The license does not restrict the facts themselves, such as election results, which anyone can use. Each project states its sources. The code of the pages is not published under an open license. The typefaces have their own OFL license.

Privacy

This site has no accounts, forms, analytics, ads, cookies or third-party resources. Fonts and charts are served from the domain itself.

• In your browser, three preferences are kept in local storage. They never leave your device and last until you clear them: idioma (language), tema (theme) and tecnica (how the chart is drawn). They are technical and need no consent (Art. 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI).
• Server logs. The hosting provider (Hostinger) logs each request: IP address, date, page and browser. They keep the site running and protected against abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and Hostinger acts as data processor.
• If you write to the email address, your address and message are used only to reply to you and are never shared.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@cookingchart.org. If you believe they have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with your local authority.
